There are three ways to participate in the Sun Life Ride to Defeat Diabetes for JDRF this year:

In 2021, we are excited to partner with professional fitness studios across Canada to provide an exceptional experience for our Ride participants. So grab your water bottle and sweatband, ask your friends to support your activity of choice with a donation, then participate virtually with colleagues in a 30-minute fitness session as part of our 50-minute long program on October 7th
