Ways to Ride

There are many ways to participate in the Sun Life Ride to Defeat Diabetes for JDRF. Pick an activity that will get you moving at home: Spin, Sweat or Stretch. Spin on a stationary bike, Stretch with a yoga class or break a Sweat at a fitness class. 

Grab your water bottle and sweatband, ask your friends to support your activity with a donation, then participate virtually with colleagues and beat your corporate rivals with a little friendly competition in an hour-long virtual event taking place on October 7.
