Online Fundraising/Donation System

JDRF offers donation and pledge transactions via our website. These transaction will entitle you to an official tax receipt according to CRA requirements.

Refund Policy

In the event of a discrepancy or error with your online transaction, please contact general@jdrf.ca. Please include your name, telephone number, and the date and amount of your transaction. JDRF is committed to ensuring all discrepancies are resolved within 10 business days.

Currency

All transactions processed on our web site are in Canadian funds.

Website Security

All transactions are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128-256-bit encryption. This means that any data sent from the user's computer to JDRF Canada is completely secure. JDRF Canada does not retain credit card information after the completion of an online transaction.
